RETAINER:

Orders placed 1 week or more before the event date will be subject to a retainer of 5O% of the total cost to confirm and hold a reservation. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event. Retainers not received in time will be subject to cancellation of the order. Orders are not confirmed until receipt of retainer balance.
